Union Co., Ltd. was established as an affiliate of Union Processing Co., Ltd. (plastic processing manufacturer) in Minami-ku, Sagamihara City, Kanagawa, with a capital of 1 million yen. Takeuchi Nobuyoshi is appointed president. Started assembling and processing OA equipment parts, audio equipment, wall clocks, etc.
